So what do people learn after they retire? They learn that all you have to do is give it a try… yes, try the food and learn about what you are eating. Go back to basics and exercise or learn something new, something that appeals to your interest. Some people say that what they learned about their retirement was that they spent their life doing what they were supposed to do and never what they really, really, really wanted to do…<br />

But living in Lake Chapala gives you the opportunity to start again, to begin a new life. To discover who you are and follow the lead of your dreams, and when you run out of dreams, make a new list. You can always be reborn and reinvent yourself.<br />

There are many people who found their new life in Lake Chapala…found it through art, music, charities, sports, reading and writing clubs, cooking, and other activities that have enhanced their lives and turned them into something they didn't even imagine when they first made the choice to move here.
